The meeting room is a medium sized rentable space which supports a variety of uses.

  

The room has a white board, a projector and a wall mounted projection screen. Any laptop with a Chrome browser can be wirelessly mirrored to that screen.  A Meeting OWL can be used to support hybrid ZOOM.

 

Live television shows can be seen using a provided Hulu account.

We also have a portable lectern for speakers and a simple tripod to facilitate Facebook live streaming with a phone or with an available camera. There are also a laptop, speakerphone and various cables/adapters available on request.
